Considering a career in organic agriculture? Want to gain experience on a successful vegetable farm? Do you love working outdoors in all types of weather? Our farm crew positions are paid hourly positions . Pay begins @ $15/hour depending on experience. Workers are encouraged to use produce from the farm; we love when our employees can make recommendations to our market customers based on their culinary experiences!
Experience in farming is ideal, but not necessary. Experience doing physical labor is always helpful. Must haves are people skills, positive attitude, and a commitment to doing good work.
